About TRACY ANDERSON

As a fifth-generation Oregonian and Portland native, Tracy has a keen understanding of the surrounding communities. Residing for over 30 years in the Beaverton and Hillsboro areas, she has first-hand experience with everything her clients would need to know about living on the west side of the Portland metro area. She now resides on the east side, and has immersed herself in the community, making deep connections with local business owners and residents alike. Her genuine experiences of what it is like to purchase, sell and invest on either side of the Willamette River is a great benefit when helping her clients choose a neighborhood that would best fit their lifestyle needs and desires. Besides servicing where she has lived, Tracy continues to help clients in all regions of the Portland and Metro areas as far south as Salem.

 

Tracy has always had an interest in real estate. As a child, she would pick up any free real estate magazines found at the entrance of grocery stores and become immediately enthralled from page one. Even though 95% of the homes only showed an exterior photo and a 2–3-line description, she was fascinated with comparing the properties and perusing the glossy photos. You could say she was an unofficial Real Estate Agent before she even had a driver’s license.

 

The start of Tracy’s real estate career began in 2014 within the commercial sector. Working for a boutique Portland firm, she helped international investors identify investment properties and then manage them post-acquisition. She managed everything from bookkeeping for the various portfolios to tenant emergency responds needs at all hours of the day and night. Her favorite part about this experience was getting to know and building relationships with the diverse types of tenants. It was during this time that she felt her skills would be better suited for the residential sector, where she would have more opportunities to develop relationships with clients and make a lasting difference in their lives. In the summer of 2020, she decided to make the change from property management to residential real estate.

 

Joining the Sycamore Group with eXp Realty was a natural shift for Tracy. With corresponding values coming from a place of high-level service and genuinely listening to their client’s home requirements and dreams, it was a home where she could hang her hat with like-minded professionals. Tracy and the Sycamore Group pride themselves on diligence, advocacy for their clients, and educating them through the transaction process. Their goal is to make transactions feel seamless. Real estate should be a collaborative and exciting, not stressful, endeavor for anyone purchasing or selling a home.

 

Tracy resides in the Gresham area with her husband, Alan. They have three children, and two fur-baby Dobermans. She is close with her large family. Being scattered all around the Portland area does not deter from family gatherings and fun activities that welcome friends and clients who become friends. She is also an active participant in her Doberman group, local Chamber of Commerce, and fitness community. She has a heart for service, passion for animal rescue, motorcycles, soccer, hosting events, live music, and of course, real estate.
